Tennant Property Management LLC. is a locally owned rental company that offers housing in the Madison downtown/campus area. The housing units are located on West Wilson Street just blocks from Madison's many attractions - the Capitol, State Street, UW-Madison campus, and Lake Monona to name a few.
The housing units are also only one block away from John Nolen Dr., making it an easy commute to the Beltline.

The West Wilson Street housing units were completely gutted and remodeled in 2008, making them some of the newer downtown houses in the area.
